1-on-1 Training At Facility

$60 per session | Sold as 5 or 10 session packages

This package is great for someone who is looking to expand their knowledge of the gym. You get access to state of the art Kieser equipment and more in depth training for your specific goals.

Coach Frank guides a group of two clients through a workout at the High Voltage gym facility.

Small Group Flexible Strength & HIIT Training at Facility

$35 per session per person (max 2 people) | Sold as 10 session packages

This package is designed with group specific goals in mind and tailored for the best result. The workout will be more circuit based and you will have access to the Kieser equipment at the facility.

Coach Frank guides a client through a one-on-one workout at their home.

1-on-1 or Small Group Training at Home

1-on-1 Rate: $100 per session | Sold as 5 or 10 session packages

Group Rate: $50 per person (max 3 people) | Sold as 5 or 10 session packages

This package is a 1-on-1 or small group at-home personal training session that offers you the convenience and privacy of exercising in your own space, while receiving expert guidance tailored specifically to your needs. I will provide equipment for each session. If you would like to add another person that is no problem.

Calming Cool-Down

As we conclude our session, we'll transition into a calming cool-down, incorporating stretches and breathing exercises to promote relaxation and recovery.

Dynamic Warm-Up

Our session starts with a dynamic warm-up to awaken your body and promote circulation, enhancing both physical readiness and mental focus. Through carefully chosen exercises, we'll aim to improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility to foster balance and vitality.

Discussion

We'll begin with a brief discussion to understand your progress, challenges, and goals. This allows us to set clear intentions for our session and ensure that we're aligned with your wellness aspirations.

Personalized Guidance

I'll provide personalized guidance throughout, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injury and optimize results. We'll explore various modalities, from strength training to gentle movements.

In addition, I'll offer insights into nutrition, stress management, and self-care to help you cultivate a healthy lifestyle beyond our training sessions.

By the end of our session, you'll not only feel stronger and more energized but also more aligned with your wellness goals. With continued dedication and support, you're well-equipped to thrive in both body and mind, taking steps to a healthier you!
